- Fixed: if no roles are selected then deselected roles are not removed
- Improvement: "add owner" checkboxes are flags, so no need to use associative post arrays
- Workaround for issue http://issues.ez.no/10685: fetchHTTPInput function of a workflow event also executed on first request to workflow/edit
