Revert "Fixed #018835: Wrong type used in ezgmaplocation's db schema"

This reverts commit 715b67a9b20d8619b25b5f2e4d063c48aec815ca.

In this case, that should really be "double" and not "float", the
confusion between both is general in eZ Publish and has been submitted
as another issue: http://issues.ez.no/18842
