- added UsedGenre (xrowsitemap.ini, xrowsitemapnewsitem.php, xrowsitemaptools.php) for disabling genre in newssitemap
- added cdata to xrowsitemaplist.php for name and title
- added AttributeFilter (xrowsitemap.ini, xrowsitemaptools.php)
- added Genre for setting genre per class (xrowsitemap.ini, xrowsitemaptools.php)
- expanded xrowsitemaptools.php: if there are more than 49999 object for the sitemap we get now another xml untill all objects are added to xmls
