We use strict php and get theese:

Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in C:\xampp\htdocs\eZ\my_site\extension\xmlwash\classes\xmlwash.php on line xxx

Is there a new version coming up, or what happens when these depricated calls dont work any more?
