Nice contribution. Didn't have the time yet to test it all but I've read through the source files and found out the ticket notification workflow event type is very similar to the event type in the following extension: http://ez.no/community/contribs/w...cen_create_subtree_notification_rule. I recently added options to that extension to add subtree notification rules for the owner and/or creator of the object (see http://projects.ez.no/addcollabru...neral/extend_to_publish_notification ).
