The purpose of this extension is to fix the target="_blank" XHTML strict problem
in eZ, and any future problems that may occur breaking the XHTML strict standard.

Installation instructions

1. Upload and activate extension.
2. If the pagelayout does not include the page_head.tpl file, copy and paste the
following in the head of your pagelayout:
{include uri="design:strict_head.tpl"}
