Russian translation file and other improvements

As a Ukrainian team we have created Russian translation file for eZSurver 2.0 extension and would like to share it with the community. Is it possible to become a team member?

Also we have made some enhancement in order to handle and validate anonymous votes for surveys. It functions now in the same manner as information collection done (using user_session_id field in ezsurveyresult table).

Another nice fix is done to redirect user to survey results page if Redirect URL was left empty.
