Wednesday 11 June 2008 12:27:11 am Hi,
I'm having som trouble when adding option attributes. Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a new survey. 2. Add a new "Section header" attribute (this might not be neccessary to reproduce the bug). Name it "Nettsted". 3. Add a new "Single option/multiple option" (freely translated from Norwegian :) survey attribute. Name it "Design". Select "Radio buttones horizontal" as display method. Name the first option "Svært misfornøyd", and give it the value "1". Click either the "New option" or "Add extra option" button. In both cases, in addition to performing the desired task (adding a new option or an extra option), a new "Single option/multiple option" survey attribute is added to the top of the survey attributes list. There might be something I'm missing (again) here. :) Sincerely, |

Wednesday 11 June 2008 1:25:10 am Hi,
I've tested this now, but have not been able to reproduce the bug. I've tested your senario in opera 9.5 beta and firefox 2.0.0.14 now .. Would be interresting to see what's triggering this bug, since I've heard other people also have experienced similar problems, but have not been able to reproduce. Which browser are you using? Any other special configuration? |

Wednesday 11 June 2008 1:37:47 am Hi Bjørn,
I'm using FF 2.0.0.14 on Mac OS X 10.5.2. Perhaps it is a combination of FF and Mac? I tried it out on Safari now, and there it worked fine. Sincerely, |

Wednesday 02 July 2008 3:00:25 pm Hi,
I've got the same problem. On adding options, I've got an attribute added at the beggining of the datatype edit template and an error because I have not put a value to the option. Good luck ! Max Maxime Thomas |

Thursday 07 August 2008 2:27:46 am Hi..
Got the same, With single/multiple choice, I want to add an option, or even if I click on "Save draft" without adding an option, a new line is added at the top of the list, and deleting an option is not working correctly (corrupted database after this...), options are duplicated in the admin interface, but not really in the database... There is many ways to have this bug, because I have this each time I use single/multiple choice type... Good Luck, Xavier Gouley |

Friday 10 October 2008 7:06:09 am I think the bug with extra option is related to the thread http://projects.ez.no/ezsurvey_ez...ing_with_ie_brings_duplicated_fields and should be fixed in the svn now thanks to Xavier.
Would be nice to get it confirmed here as well. |
