A new snapshoot of whats in svn (this is rev 22).

Changes include(see svn rev 1-22 history for details):

• improved the 'docs'
• cleanup of ezpacker code, now supports using templates as code generators
• keyword auto suggest code as example of server call (only php, no gui code)
• added index_ajax.php file, a faster ajaxified index.php (~3 times faster)
• autoEncode functionality to encode (json/xml/text) content based on request content type
• code cleanup and disabled scripts in design.ini by default
• ezfind support in ezajaxcontent.php
• fixed hide_unhide cronjob issue from ezp tracker #013589
