I just start understanding this extension, and before hacking it badly, I have a question.
I have tab file without any enclosure (might evolve but I'm not sure). Is there a way to put enclosure to false without modifying csvHandler.php ?

A clean way is to override the csvHandler and then use our new handler for the import script. But changing the enclosure is a very small change - I probably would just hack the csvHandler. Anyways, both alternatives are pretty straight forward to implement.
