Provide a list of translated country name based on the current locale.
Description
When the datatype is initialized the country list is store in DB through a persistant object.
When viewing the datatype it checks if there is a translation of the list in the current locale and fetch it if it is not available.
All informations are fetch with a webservice provided by http://ws.geonames.org
