Hi Georg

The ezbirthdaytype.php file apparently contains a UTF-8 BOM header, which causes certain browsers like Firefox to show some weird characters at the top of the page. See http://www.w3.org/International/questions/qa-utf8-bom for more details.

This is valid for at least the 1.0 branch, I did not test it on trunk.

Could you fix this by removing the BOM header? Thanks.
