Hi,
Would it be possible to use it to sell "virtual goods" ?
Eg I buy 10 songs, I'm updated to "happy buyer", every time I download one, I'm debited one song, after 10 I'm downgraded again to "average joe" ?

And about the name, putting simple is not that good IMO, because the name is not sexy, and if you are successful and got lots of new features, it will sound not sexy and be undescribtive.

This solution is a direct result of very specific customer requests shared with the ecosystem.
It is possible others needs may reflect the truth that this solution is far too simple to alone provide for all possible requirements. It is still possible that this extension can be improved to offer more flexible features to provide for the use cases you describe.
There is also the recurringorders extension, which might offer a more flexible basis of such a solution as an alternative. http://projects.ez.no/recurringorders
