Hi,

Currently not existing : a message length control system.

The use-case :
"As an editor, i would like to make sure the message sent contains the most valuable information. Among them a URL if existing. Otherwise, if no URL is provided, my message needs to be shortened to the social network's maximum message length, if existing. As the generated messages are most of the time totally dynamic and can include variable-size elements like the object's title, i would like autostatus to take care of this transparently."

Thoughts ?
