comparison with cie extension?

The goal of both extensions looks the same

I watched and used the cie extension a bunch off and on.
Today I saw this thread and thought to chime in unannounced X)

I don't slight Norman in the slightest for sharing this extension.
I might have done the very same thing, I have before
and I prolly will again. It spurs new innovation and ideas.

Though I have not used it yet. I expect to at the least check it out.

Just look at the other similar to other extensions all2e has released,

Though if we all just create our own variations and fail to
collaborate, the results would not be as beneficial (I think).

This (lack of collaboration) seems to grow increasingly more and
becomes more difficult for others as time passes. I don't see any
quick fixes for any of that time soon :\
