index.md is the Index page of the Tutorial (EZP-27434) (#17)
Adding steps of the tutorial as markdown files (#12) (EZP-27376)
* Adding steps of the tutorial as markdown files
** Files are exported from Confluence in HTML format, then converted in md with pandoc tool.
** Then edited manually to remove some irrelevant metadata.
* Adding links to the steps in the index file
* Lowercase renaming of the files of the steps and fixing links into MD files
* Changes after review: fix brackets in a link
