Requirements

The following requirements exists for using BC Google Video Sitemap extension:

o eZ Publish version:

Make sure you use eZ Publish version 4.x (required) or higher. eZ Publish 5.2.x+ (Community Build, 2012.06+) is recommended.

o PHP version:

Make sure you have PHP 5.x or higher.

Usage - Cronjob part

Enable extension

Clear all caches

Autoloads do -not- need to be regenerated

Optional - Review / Alter extension settings

Settings file: extension/bcgooglevideositemap/settings/bcgooglevideositemaps.ini.append.php

Alter httpd virtual host configuration mod_rewrite rules. Add the following rule:

RewriteRule ^/var/sitemapvideo.xml - [L]

Restart httpd to make virtual host configuration mod_rewrite rule changes take affect

Run cronjob to generate google video sitemap

php ./runcronjobs.php googlevideositemap

Examine sitemap content for accuracy

less var/sitemapvideo.xml
