Hi,
That's seriously taking shape, well done.
One thing that should be great is a way to contact members that have posted.
For instance, on the line view of the forum_topic and forum_reply, put a link to the member page or to his/her address. (or simply a mailto: ?)

We'll probably use the author contact extension for this, but first I'd like to enhance it a bit: sometimes people shouldn't be allowed to change the "from" header, instead the e-mail of the user will always be taken.

One things missing for sure: when a project lead is browsing, he should be abnle to see emails of other members of his project...
